Brian Jimenez, Principal
Brian is our “hands-on” partner working closely with our clients from initial budgeting, through design and construction to move-in and long beyond. Although he relies on his capable staff to handle many of the day-to-day home building details, Brian is always there overseeing your project and available for questions.
David Haid, Principal
David is our “behind-the-scenes” partner with many years of experience as a custom home builder, but even more as a successful land developer as most recently exemplified by his development of The Tartan Fields golf course community in Dublin and the TPC golf community of Riversbend in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dee Jimenez, Project Administrator
Dee, Brian’s partner in life and work, is a behind-the-scenes liaison between the office and construction site staff working in various capacities to assist in maintaining smooth operations. Her functions range from analyzing and coordinating selections to keeping tabs with the warranty coordinator and everything in between.
RC Yunker, Superintendent
A 14-year team veteran, RC has been in the construction business all his working years. From hands-on construction to fire restoration to commercial building, RC has done it all. RC's practical experience and expertise in construction methods provide our team and clients with a wealth of knowledge from the time the shovel enters the ground to the day he turns over the keys and beyond.
Alice Wissman, Project Manager
A 12-year team veteran, Alice manages the design, estimating, selection and purchasing functions of our company and works hand-in-hand with our clients guiding them through their selection processes and deadlines while working with Brian and the rest of our team in coordinating the numerous details of the building process.
Steve Henry, Service Manager
Steve is our finesse detail man. His extensive background in prior handyman work and interior painting make him a valuable asset to our team and clients. Steve also handles our 6-month and 12-month service requests.
Lynda Finnerty, Financing Manager
A 16-year team veteran, Lynda has worn numerous hats for several of our family of businesses with her primary responsibility being to manage the banking transactions for each company. Thank goodness for Lynda’s organization! In addition to handling the company financials, Lynda also works closely with our client’s lenders to initiate and process construction progress payments.
Debra Robertson, Accounts Payable
A 12-year team veteran, Debra is our reliable accounts payable manager. She works closely with our team in reviewing, entering and processing invoices for our company and she maintains tight control over the associated documentation.
